The company contributes in every possible way to the professional and personal development of its employees through training activities in the company’s divisions and through online training to ensure the continuous improvement of specialists’ qualifications despite the existing working and living conditions.
In order to retain qualified personnel, we have successfully introduced remote work for employees of certain types of activities, and provide assistance in organizing the workplace at home, as required by the forced change of month of residence, and the like.
